Iris Software Group named one of the best British workplaces for women ™ for the fifth year in a row

London, England – July 30, 2025 – IRIS Software Group (IRIS), has been recognized as one of the best British ™ workplaces for women, marking the fifth year in a row in the prestigious list of Great Place to Work® UK, global authority about workplace culture.

This year, Iris has ranked 29 out of 55 in the super large category (1,000+ employees), an increase from last year’s ranking at number 34. The ranking was driven by the results of the Great to Work® annual survey which assessed how well the organization created a positive and fair environment for all employees, with an emphasis on the experience of female employees.

48% of iris workers are women, comparing far above the average global industry 26% -reflects her commitment to encourage a truly inclusive workplace where women are empowered to develop. The gender equality strategy is supported by a number of initiatives, including a dedicated Thrive program that continues to encourage progress in gender equality by hosting the event, advocating for gender payment gaps to be closed, and increase women’s representation at all levels.
