Matheus França has a contract with Flamengo until December 2027
Flamengo is still in the market looking for reinforcements for the 2023 season. However, it’s not just Rubro Negro who wants to invest in the team. Thus, Mateus França awakened the eyes of the teams in Europe. However, Fla’s director of football, Bruno Spindel, revealed that Mais Querido had no intention of negotiating with the player.

We will evaluate and reply in time -, Spindel said, during the Brazil Cup semi-final draw event, on Monday (17).

It is important to note that Crystal Palace (ING) offered a firm offer of 15 million euros (80 million Brazilian reals at the current exchange rate), in exchange for 100% of the economic rights for Matheus França. Although Flamengo does not show interest in negotiations, the English team does not intend to measure the efforts of having Ninho calf in the team and may increase the offer.
At the disposal of Jorge Sampaoli, Mateus França is preparing for the next appointment of the season. Flamengo enters the field against America – MG, at 4 pm (Brasilia time) this Saturday (22), for the 16th round of the Brazilian championship.
