Some games worth paying attention to.

We may already be in the middle of May, but let’s take a look back at what April 2026 brings in terms of new video game announcements. There are a lot of exciting things unfolding as we move through Spring. Not only did we get a new IP reveal, but we also got confirmation of several new series from fan-favorite franchises. Therefore, here are some games that we think might be worth your attention while you wait to learn more about them.
Pine trees
The Pines is an upcoming psychological horror game that puts you in the role of Edward Walker. Edward is a former detective who is eager to take advantage of the holiday. After following a therapist’s advice to visit a remote retreat called The Pines, Edward finds nothing but peace. There’s something seriously wrong with this throwback façade. Of course, once a detective, always a detective. Edward must find out what really happened to these residents. But be careful. You have no backup here, and every choice you make plays not only a role in Edward’s outcome but also the outcome of the other residents. You tip someone enough, and they’ll probably come looking for something in return later.
Tetem: Pioneer
Temtem has been around for a long time, and has gained quite a bit of success over the last few years. If you like basic creature collecting games, check out this new upcoming title, Temtem: Pioneers. So far, we know that we’ll be heading to the Downbelow, a new, unexplored region to explore and creatures to collect. You must gather resources, build shelter, and search for these new Temtem. There’s already a lot of excitement over the game, as it was originally brought to Kickstarter in hopes that fans would want to see the project come to fruition. With a goal of just $105,000, the developers have raised more than $610,000. Clearly, players are ready for a new Temtem journey.
Machine Party
Take Mario Party, take away the board game, and make the minigames life or death. What do you get? Machine Party. This is a new party game we will be bringing out, hopefully this year. As long as there are no delays that might push the game back to the production stage. Every game is deadly if you fail. We take a quick look at some of the wacky minigames you’ll be involved in. Now we just have to see what ways you can screw up your friends as you try to be the last test subject standing.
Fragmented Order
If you’re looking for a new extraction shooter, we’ve got you covered. Fragmentary Order is a new game launched to the public by Rant Gaming last month. We only get a CGI trailer that gives us a glimpse of the sci-fi and futuristic setting. But in general, it doesn’t seem too different from what we usually see in these kinds of games. You’ll enter an area, look for loot, complete some objectives, and try to get out alive. We’ll just have to see what the development team brings to the table with this one. But for now, you can check out their announcement trailer above.
Koshmar: The Final Daydream
Get ready to dive into a nightmare with Koshmar: The Last Reverie. This is an upcoming action-adventure game where you play as Violet, a girl living in a gothic city struck by an unusual plague. When a mysterious plague causes all the residents to fall into a deep, nightmare-filled sleep, Violet may be their only hope for freedom. It turns out that Violet has the ability to delve into these dreams, find the source of the nightmares, and close the gap. However, the deeper you delve into this nightmarish world, the more you realize that there is a sinister conspiracy waiting to be uncovered. Unfortunately, we don’t know when we can dive into this game.
Tomb Guard 2
We see a lot of simulators for farm maintenance, but what about cemeteries? Graveyard Keeper gives players that option, and it’s a success. Now, several years later, we finally get a sequel. Graveyard Keeper 2 seeks to improve your experience in maintaining graveyards and rebuilding kingdoms. You have to help the population get back on their feet, make a profit, and of course, look after the medieval graveyard. It won’t be easy to manage, but embrace the grind, automate, and return your empire to its former glory.
METRO 2039
Get ready for another Metro game. Metro 2039 was one of the big surprises revealed in April this year from 4A Games. This game will take place after the events of Metro Exodus, so if you’re not familiar with the franchise, now is a great time to give these games a try. We will return to the Moscow Metro as The Stranger. It seems that Metro is now under the complete control of a fascist dictator, and according to one of the creative directors behind the game, Pawel Ulmer, this will be the darkest chapter in the Metro Saga. Luckily, we know the developers are planning to release the game this winter. So, further marketing for this game won’t be too far off if you’re interested in learning more about this FPS.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3
If you’ve enjoyed Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you know that its successor is long-awaited. Luckily, the wait will be over sometime next year. A new installment was shown off to many during the Dragon Ball Battle Hour event, and beyond this initial reveal trailer, there’s not much we can go on. We know this will take place in Age 1000, and we’re in a futuristic city. Beyond that, it’s anyone’s guess. We may eventually stop repeating the same few storylines or “what if” scenarios. Of course, since the game won’t be released until 2027, we might have to wait quite a while before finally getting some new details.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
