London, 30 September 2025: IRIS Software Group (IRIS), a leading global provider of accounting, education, human resources, and software and payroll services, today announced its new strategic partnership with the level of financial technology (level), integrating the ability to access wages obtained into its flagship HCM cloud solution, Cascade Iris and Staffi. This partnership will offer employees the opportunity to access their salaries obtained at any time before the payday due to demand for the surge in benefits – with the latest research Iris found that 46% of British workers really want to cancel monthly payday to access wages based on requests.
Wages access obtained, or payment as request, enables employees to withdraw some of their wages that have been obtained before the salary is scheduled. Iris’s new research also found that two -thirds of British employees will take advantage of the benefits of more than once a month, and almost half (48%) considers a employer who offers wage access obtained more attractive than not. Sophisticated integration is automating services, enabling business to offer additional benefits to employees with minimal jobs and reduce interference with existing workflows.
