Q: What makes you pursue a career on the salary list?
“I always like to work with other people.
“When I first left school, I worked in retail, and a customer asked if I would be interested in working on a salary list.
“So I took the opportunity, and after 20 years in the payroll industry, I never looked back.”
Q: Can you tell us a little about your role and what you do every day?
“As an executive of senior client payroll, I started the day by making sure my team was ready to leave.
“Then I started checking all the incoming client emails, prioritizing my workload for that day and processing the payroll.
“The payroll section is from beginning to end, collecting or analyzing information provided by the client to ensure it fulfills all legislation and legal requirements, then return it to the client to be approved and submitted to the HMRC.
“During the day, I also helped the leader of my team and help the bureau with questions or difficulties they might experience.”
Q: Is there a general misunderstanding about the payroll outsourcing that you want to delete?
“Some people have the idea that payroll outsourcing can not be relied upon and not sent on time.
“In the iris, we aim to get all the payroll immediate and accurately, ensuring that all processed information meets laws and legal requirements.
“We offer expertise about all aspects of payroll, so that our clients can live their day without stress and worry whether their employees have been paid properly.”

“The rest depends on the expertise of the team and processor to ensure that all calculations and requests meet the requirements and are made immediately.”
