The Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold faces the ultimate endurance test

Samsung’s next big product, the Galaxy Z TriFold has finally made its debut, but it hasn’t made any real waves as it’s currently only available in Korea. And while people in the US and other regions patiently await its arrival, it looks like we’re getting a chance to see just how durable the phone is thanks to new durability testing.

The Galaxy Z TriFold was tested in a number of ways, and it’ll be interesting to see how this high-priced foldable handles attacks on the screen, bezels, camera lenses, and more.

This is as good as it gets

Samsung was one of the first companies to release a foldable phone for the consumer market, and over the years, has perfected the device. Even though the Galaxy Z TriFold is completely new territory, we still see all the improvements from previous devices trickling down to this one.

And in general, it looks pretty solid. Despite a number of different tests, the Galaxy Z TriFold held up well. Of course, the biggest weakness of this phone is the hinge and screen. And when the phone is bent in the wrong direction when opening, it immediately breaks.

The phone immediately broke down, the screen went black and showed no image. This is one of the things that cannot be avoided nowadays. While most people don’t experience this problem, it’s worth seeing what the Galaxy Z TriFold can handle when pushed to its extreme.

In general, this is what you would expect from a foldable device. Although we have come a long way compared to the first phones released a few years ago, they are still much more susceptible to damage when compared to regular phones.

If you’re thinking about taking it out, it might be a good idea to take out some type of insurance over the phone. We don’t know how much this phone will cost in the US, but it will be one of the most expensive phones you can buy.
