When business competes to get top talents in challenging markets, discussions about employee benefits have become the center of attention.

Two thirds (66%of people tell us that they will access their salaries for more than a month if they can, with 22% says they will access it every week, 12% two weeks and 6% daily.
This finding is not surprising, because financial pressure has an impact on a large number of British employees.
At present, if the next payment cycle is too far away, unexpected bills can force people into expensive loan options, with payment loans exceeding 1,000% Apr.
However, financial stress is not just a problem that must be handled by employees.

“Organizations that develop are those who treat benefits as part of the employee experience ecosystem.
“When your people feel supported, they give more, stay longer and are very faced with your business.”
How to work access wages
To offer payments on request, you need a wage access platform obtained synchronized with your current payroll software.
After being implemented, employees complete their shifts as usual, collect income.
Employees can then access their funds – often up to 50% of their accumulated salaries – immediately or within a few hours through cellular applications or online platforms.
